Before & after

What this engagement actually changes.

Status quo

Your last social hire posted three times then went quiet. Your follower count grew on free giveaways and nobody who follows you would buy. DMs go to nobody. Reels die at 200 views. The brand voice flips depending on who's holding the phone.

After the sprint

Content built around what your ICP actually shares and saves. One voice in every reply. Engagement that compounds because the content matches the audience. DMs answered the same day, sales-qualified ones routed to your team within an hour.

Deliverables

What you walk away with.

Named artifacts that ship, not verbs. If it’s on this list, the sprint isn’t done until it’s in your hands.

  • Voice + tone document signed off in sprint one
  • Monthly content batch (8 to 30 pieces, you pick the cadence)
  • Short-form video edits from your raw footage or our shoot day
  • Community management with response SLA you choose
  • Cross-platform repurposing — one post, three formats
  • Monthly read with engagement quality, not vanity follower counts

Inputs

What we need from you.

Get these together and sprint zero starts the same week.

  • Brand voice and existing tone guidelines, if any
  • Access to your current platform accounts (we don't take ownership)
  • Raw footage, photos, or product material to work from
  • Point of contact for sales-qualified DM escalation
  • Initial month sign-off before anything queues

Anti-patterns

What we won’t ship.

Hard rules. If your last agency promised one of these and the engagement broke, that’s why.

  • Engagement pods or buying followers
  • Generic AI-written captions with no voice match
  • A scheduled feed with no community management when DMs are dying
  • Posting cadence that ignores how your specific ICP scrolls
  • Crisis-comment responses without a pre-approved playbook

Fit check

Who this is for, and who it isn’t.

Right fit

  • Brands with a real product or service and a defined ICP
  • Service businesses where local trust drives the close
  • B2B teams using LinkedIn as a primary acquisition channel

Wrong fit

  • Anyone wanting follower-count growth as the success metric
  • Brands without a defined voice or willingness to develop one
  • Operators who want to control every word before it ships (we charge for review cycles)

Stack

The tools we run on this engagement.

No surprises. You see the stack before sprint zero so you can flag anything you already own a license for or want swapped.

  • Instagram + Facebook + LinkedIn + TikTok

Default mix. Threads, YouTube Shorts, Pinterest as add-ons when the ICP maps.

  • Figma + CapCut

Design + edit in tools your team can audit and own

  • Buffer or Later

Scheduling layer with multi-account approval flow

  • Brandwatch or Sprout Social

Listening + community management at higher volumes

Questions operators ask before they book Social Media Marketing.

  • Do you produce the video or just schedule it?

Both options on the table. Production is priced per shoot day; if your team already shoots, we plan, edit, and schedule against the ICP’s actual scrolling behavior.

  • How quickly will engagement go up?

Quality engagement — saves, shares, replies — moves in 60–90 days when the content matches the audience. Vanity follower counts can move faster but they don’t close revenue.

  • Will you reply to DMs and comments?

Yes, in the Community Management add-on. Same hands every week so the brand voice stays consistent across every reply.

  • How many posts per week is right?

3 to 7 times per week depending on the platform and ICP scrolling behavior. LinkedIn is closer to 3, Instagram closer to 5, TikTok closer to 7 if you're competing for reach. We'll tell you what's right for your stack at kickoff.

  • Do you handle paid social too?

Yes — paid social campaigns fall under Pay Per Click Advertising. Most clients bundle organic social with paid Meta so the creative cycle feeds both channels at once.

  • What platforms do you produce for?

Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok by default. Threads, YouTube Shorts, and Pinterest as add-ons when they map to your ICP. We don't do X (Twitter) by default — the value-to-effort math stopped working in 2023.
